Feasibility study for a new town hall office for the sub-municipality of Osdorp /Amsterdam. The building mass was divided into three parallel components with a green façade. This ‘vertical’ vegetation also brings visual reinforcement to the implied sustainability of this public building and provides isolation from temperature, noise and foul air.
