Feasibility study for an Outlet Center complex with a maximum area of rentable floor space, as flexible as possible. The outlet is located near the intersection of the Milan-Como and Milan-Varese motorways. The result is a simple but catchy single building, consisting of a curved two-layer volume designed with a sloping facade suitable for advertising and clearly visible from the motorways.
