As the new terminal at Muscat Airport is nearing completion, this master plan was designed to allocate and cluster commercial activities for several large sites surrounding the airport. Developments such as hotels, retail, offices, logistics and leisure are grouped and given a specific location to benefit from. In this way, new real-estate developments fit a predetermined surrounding with its own characteristics.
