The Logistics Centre Avioport was designed and built for Schiphol Real Estate. A design study resulted in four major warehouse blocks and three separate offices near Malpensa Airport. The four warehouses are elongated and efficiently divided into three units, each with its own lockable outside yards. Within walking distance, three office blocks are situated. The complex is complemented with a restaurant, a café and a sports facility.
