This area development implements a mix of warehouses and office buildings including facilities and space for transportation logistics. The location is twenty kilometers west of Bucharest along the A1 Motorway (Bucharest – Pitesti). The plan takes into account the phased implementation of both the land and the buildings. Realization is in progress in modified form.
