The housing complex Meesterkwartier is part of the VINEX location Waterrijk in Woerden. Guidelines for the (winning) contest were set up by West 8 (urban planning), wherein the total block is characterized as an industrial, warehouse-like appearance. The project is alongside a broad canal, partly situated next to a park and combined with a community school.
