Master plan for the development of a management training centre combined with overnight- and catering facilities for students, tourists, business visitors and staff. It will be developed in Goma/Keshero in North East Congo on the shores of the idyllic Lake Kivu, and has the ambition of a sustainable development. The project enhances the use of green energy and local labour, materials and products.
