Feasibility study for the development of a large area of land near Lelystad Airport. The study particularly addressed alternative program elements and the specific characteristics of the site. The program includes a large-scale exhibition centre (indoor and outdoor), an area with sports and experience centre, a campus with space for Research & Development and a permanent festival site.
