The property is part of a strip of private plots. In close cooperation with the client a design was made for a so-called waterfront house; an independent house with a canal on the north side, a walled garden on the south side, and on the west side a free, all-around view. To bridge the difference in height with the water, the living room features a split-level, which increases the spaciousness inside.
